What are consumer attitudes towards lyophilized food to inform further product development and digital strategy?

Process

01 Designing a web survey to identify users' needs and pain points.
02 One of the challenges was recruiting research participants for the web survey due to the general trend of declining response rates. Obtaining a sufficient sample size to gather valid and reliable data proved challenging. However, by distributing the survey on Facebook groups comprised of highly engaged young mothers, I achieved an excellent response rate with zero budget.
03 Designing usability questions and a toolkit for product testing.
04 Data analysis and visualization.
05 Writing the final report (available in Slovenian).

Research findings

Delivered research-based audience insights for a baby food market, predicted trends and suggested a digital strategy for a baby food product.
